  • Served as the primary advisor to senior insurance regulators of the 50 states regarding insurer investments and credit issues, both from the perspective of the individual investment and a portfolio of investments. Focused on the fixed income book and credit quality. Conducted regulator training for investments.
  • Created the Portfolio Analysis Memorandum (PAM)
  • Responsible for the analysis of insurer investment portfolios with a focus on specific fixed income asset classes such as RMBS, CMBS, Private Placements etc.
